This is the second program in the movement evolution series. The first was building strength and foundations. This program will be 10 weeks of improving & building more mobility and muscle through traditional movements as well but with more hypertrophy.
Like the majority of my programs, you will learn new ways to move your body that will improve your overall quality of life by being more efficient with functional movement. Things you will find in the program.

You will experience new strength gains and improvements on your flexibility that will surprise you because it won’t be from stretching. As always, approach with no ego, so always finish the set over heavy load. 5-day program, which for some might be much, so take it easy. The important thing is to get through it and rest as needed.
