Single-Kettlebell Circuit Program
Kettlebell Circuit training is a method of working out, with higher reps and less weight, with a short burst of cardio in the middle. You move quickly from exercise to exercise with little rest in between.
These workouts are done in rounds. You will perform one set of each exercises then take a 45 -50 sec rest then complete another set of the circuit for the 3 or 4 rounds listed.
