What exactly is the KFT Functional Strength & Mobility series?

A continuously-updated training plan that blends functional movement patterns with traditional strength and hypertrophy work, so you build muscle, power, and usable mobility at the same time. New sessions drop weekly to keep progress steady and motivation high.

If I join before September 15, how long will I have access to the premium programs?

If you sign up before September 15, you can get a special membership for $24.99 per month. This grants you access to all premium programs as well as the ongoing program. If you cancel, you will lose access to the programs. Please note: the All-In membership will no longer be available after September 15.

How is it different from a “body-building split”?

Instead of isolating muscle groups, each workout trains full-body patterns lus integrated core and mobility drills, delivering strength that carries over to sport, running, and everyday life.

What equipment do I need?

You can choose the track that fits your situation: kettlebells only, barbell, or full gym access.

How many days a week can I train?

Select 3, 4, 5 or 6 training days per week inside the app; the program automatically adjusts.

How much does it cost?

Is it beginner friendly?

Yes, every exercise offers multiple progressions and load recommendations, so absolute beginners through solid intermediates can train side-by-side at the right intensity.

How does progression work?

The program follows a clear week-over-week roadmap that gradually increases load, volume, or skill to prevent plateaus while keeping joints happy.
