KettleBell Functional Training

Strength IN Movement

Why KFT?

Unlock the Power of Kettlebells for Muscle Building Strength and Explosive Performance

Looking to build muscle, increase strength, and enhance mobility? Kettlebell training is one of the most effective, full-body workouts you can do to achieve your fitness goals faster. The kettlebell's versatility makes it an ideal tool for anyone aiming to develop muscle mass, boost strength, and improve functional movement.

What makes kettlebell training unique? Unlike traditional weightlifting or cardio exercises, kettlebell workouts engage your entire body—targeting your core, legs, and upper body in every movement. This full-body approach allows you to build muscle across multiple muscle groups simultaneously, improving both hypertrophy and overall strength.

Kettlebell exercises are designed to enhance functional movement, making you stronger, more explosive, and better prepared for real-world physical challenges. Whether you're swinging, squatting, pressing, or snatching, each kettlebell movement requires coordination and stability, maximizing muscle engagement and fat loss.

The result? A more efficient workout that produces faster gains in less time.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, our easy-to-follow, step-by-step kettlebell training guides will help you master the techniques and progress safely. You'll unlock the full potential of kettlebell training to accelerate muscle growth, increase strength, and improve your fitness in ways traditional workouts simply can't.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Kettlebell exercises use multiple muscle groups and joints in various planes of motion rather than isolating specific body parts. Kettlebells are naturally suited to functional training as they test your strength, endurance, coordination, balance, and mobility.

  • You need to pay attention to how well you are performing the movements week by week. If you feel like you are executing the movements well and can handle more weight without compromising good form, it’s time to add weight. If you add weight and find that your form is suffering, then you should go back down in weight and focus on form again. Over time, with this approach, your strength and muscle mass will grow without putting you at risk of injury.

  • You work out more of your stabilizing muscles, lifting kettlebells over dumbbells due to their uneven weight distribution. The unequal weight distribution makes the kettlebell suitable for drills like strict presses and squats.

  • Training with just kettlebells can help you get stronger and build muscle as their design promotes instability, which will engage more muscle fibers during lifts. As you perform the reps, the weight distribution of the kettlebell will shift, increasing the amount of time the muscle is under tension promoting muscle growth.

  • It’s all about form. Our approach to choosing the best kettlebell weight is simple. Start slow and light, perform the movement while being mindful of your form, and assess from there. All of our programs have detailed instructions on how to perform each movement, so you shouldn’t go wrong.

  • Good nutrition is key to the success of any fitness journey, and while we do not sell any protein supplements or vitamins. We encourage you to maintain a good diet filled with protein, fiber, and vitamins.

PUT STRENGTH IN MOVEMENT WITH KETTLEBELL FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

  • JOSH G.

“Starting following Dre on Instagram after I heard him mentioned by Joe Rogan on his podcast. His content is awesome and I utilized a lot of his videos in making little workouts. Decided to jump in and get one of his programs and it is a killer! Two weeks in and every workout leaves me sore but feeling strong. Between the program and his social media content I have become absolutely obsessed with kettlebell work!”

  • ASHTON C.

“This is the second program I've bought, first being the kettlebells movement and bodyweight program. The first one was great as I needed to learn the movements and get in better shape. This program is even better! The variety of excerises keeps it fun and I never dread a boring workout. Love everyday is a leg day so I never skip legs. I found Adreill through a JRE podcast and honestly been the kick up the arse I needed. Bought myself a good set of kettlebells and haven't looked back! If you're bored of doing the standard stuff in the gym and want to get fitter, mobile and gains look no further!”

  • MATTHEW P.

“Love the single KB workout. Humbled me from the start with the weight I had to go down to. I was unmotivated and bored of traditional lifting, now I look forward to going to the gym to see how I progress week to week. This workout made going to the gym fun again.”

  • BRANDON H.

“Amazing program that will push you to your limits every workout. The program is very well planned out. I have had two of my gyms personal trainers come ask me what workouts I am following because they want to incorporate what I'm doing into their own workouts. This is the second program I have purchased from I.A.H Training and will be getting a third once I complete this one. Hands down the best workouts I have ever done.”
